Rubber Band Production Line

The hot feed rubber extruder is suitable to produce various types of rubber bands, external rubber layer of cables and wires. This hot feed rubber extruder can also perform filter extrusion and adhesive feeding operations.

• Front conveyer: width 600mm, length 1000mm, with pressure roller over the belt
• Cut-to-length unit: fixed and moving knives are used for cutting, the rotation of the moving knife is controlled using reducer and variable frequency speed control, the motor power is 3kW and cutting length is 2800mm.
